ENTREE

Antipasto share platter of Spinach frittata,marinated olives,
Grilled zucchini, Goat cheese, Filled peppers, Salami,
Chickpea lemon dip, Turkish Bread.

MAIN COURSE

Marinated Citrus and Thyme Chicken, Grilled,
Green beans, Crushed potatoes.

Bowls of mixed salad and tangy vinaigrette (per table).

DESSERT

Baked Cheesecake Vanilla Flecked Cream
and Topped with Macerated Berries.

Menu is based on a minimum of 50 guests and a 4hr function.
